Saigon Property Management and Investment JSC (SGMI), owner of a series of major projects, announces its development orientation for the 2025–2030 period with the introduction of a new strategic representative.

Accordingly, SGMI has completed a strategic partnership agreement with a leading domestic partner group, represented by Lawyer – MSc. Nghiem Hai Anh. Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh joins in the role of Executive Vice Chairman of the SGMI Board of Directors, responsible for external affairs and strategic relationship development, and also serves as the representative of the strategic shareholder group.

SGMI emphasizes that the collaboration with strategic partners will enhance corporate governance capabilities based on modern standards, discipline, and high accountability. Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh is not new to the business arena. He is first known as a lawyer with extensive experience in legal affairs, capital markets, and corporate management, having held multiple key positions in financial, banking, and real estate institutions. His previous roles include senior leadership positions at VPBank, Lien Viet Securities, Mega Capital Group Fund, VINA Securities, S.I Investment Fund, Kardia Chain Foundation Capital (Singapore), GPBank, Sunshine, and Angimex. Most recently, since 2022, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Giang Import-Export JSC (Angimex) and as Strategic Vice Chairman of MSH Group.

With extensive experience across numerous corporations and companies in various sectors, particularly his deep expertise in banking, finance, and real estate, and 15 years of experience in IPOs and managing public companies, Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh is expected to be a “tailwind” for SGMI’s breakthrough growth.
