On November 25, 2025, Saigon Real Estate Investment and Management Joint Stock Company (SGMI) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Thong Nhat Branch (BIDV Thong Nhat) officially signed a Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement for the 2025–2030 period, marking a new milestone in the strategic partnership between the two organizations.

Under the agreement, BIDV Thong Nhat will provide SGMI with a full suite of financial and banking services, including:
