SGMI AMC operates in the field of asset exploitation and management, established with the mission of providing professional and effective solutions for asset management, operation, and value enhancement.
SGMI AMC is wholly owned by SGMI Holdings (Sai Gon Properties Management and Investment Holdings Company – established in 2013). The formation of SGMI Holdings is closely associated with Quoc Loc Phat Joint Stock Company (established in 2014) – the developer of the Metropole Thu Thiem Project.
Currently, SGMI Holdings is the developer of several real estate and urban development projects in Me Linh – Hanoi; Ho Chi Minh City; Long Thanh – Dong Nai; and Can Tho, including:

The establishment of SGMI AMC marks a strategic step in the development direction of SGMI Holdings, aimed at strengthening its capacity to professionally manage and optimize asset exploitation.
According to the Resolution of the Board of Directors of SGMI Holdings, Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh, Lawyer and PhD Candidate, and the second-largest shareholder of SGMI Holdings, has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SGMI AMC, directly overseeing operations and leading the company’s strategic development.
With a strong professional background in legal affairs, corporate governance, and investment, along with extensive practical experience in business operations, Mr. Nghiem Hai Anh is expected to lead SGMI AMC in building a transparent, efficient, and sustainable asset management model.
